Acrocorinth castle: the Ottoman warehouse (Google earth).
Along the southern slopes of Acrocorinth castle, above the southern edge of the byzantine reservoir and Mehmed’s mosque, overlooking the area of the fortifications, stands a roofless building, of general dimensions … . Its construction may be attributed to the Ottoman period and it must have been used as an artillery warehouse.
The building has no window openings apart from the main entrance –indications of a possible door are missing-. Only small rectangular shaped narrow openings are noticed at the upper parts of its façade.
The northern façade wall presents certain reinforcements, possible additional buttresses, which can not though be attributed to a certain chronological era.

The rectangular shaped building shows signs of restoration, such as the reinforcement masonry buttresses.
